Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING :
  • We offer FedEx Ground, 2-Day and Overnight. We also ship USPS Priority Mail if necessary
  • We also offer Flat Rate Shipping of only $11.99 (see storefront for details).
  • We ship stock item orders typically within 2 business days of the day the order was received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to see if you would like to wait, substitute the item or cancel the order. Personalized orders will take longer to ship and the ship time depends on our workload.
  • The shipping method you select affects How long it will take for your order to arrive.
    FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped.
    FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days to arrive once shipped.
    FedEx Overnight: 1 business day to arrive once shipped.
  • Our shipping options on the site are setup for shipping to the USA & Canada. If you need shipping to other countries, please email us for shipping information and ordering instructions
RETURNS :

Personalized products are non-refundable. If there is a type or spelling error on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

All items purchased are guaranteed to be free of defects. Should you receive an item that is defective we will gladly accept the return. Please return the item in original packaging and condition within 30 days. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used. Please inspect item before using to ensure that it is free of defects. We are not able to refund initial shipping charges or return charges incurred by you unless item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.

Damaged Items: Email us to notify us of the damage. We prefer email contact because we have documentation & records from you regarding the issue. Please do not handle damaged item. Please keep damaged contents in original shipping box as we may have you return the item to us. We will either send a replacement at nor charge or issue a full refund.

Returning an Item: Email us to notify us of the return. We prefer email contact because we have documentation & records from you regarding the issue. Refunds are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase within 1-14 days upon us receiving the return. We can only refund the initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you if the item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY :

All items shipped by us are inspected before shipment to you. Occasionally damage occurs during transit and PubGlasses.com cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for loss or injury associated with or directly from the use or possession of items that we well. Upon receipt of the item(s), purchaser and/or user assumes completely and indisputably all responsiblity for damage or injuries of any kind associated in any way with items sold by PubGlasses.com. Should the purchaser and/or user not agree to this policy, he or she must notify PubGlasses.com immediately upon receipt of order to arrange for return of all items.
