We offer gift wrapping for $1 (item will be wrapped in tissue paper) and some items have an option for a gift box ($5).
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $11.99, which equates to a big discount on large orders.
Do you have a print catalog?
Because we add new products to our site regularly, it is not practical for us to offer a print catalog.

We offer FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Overnight.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $11.99
When will my order be shipped?
We ship normal stock item orders typically within 2 business days of the day the order was received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to see if you would like to wait, substitute the item or cancel the order. Personalized orders will take longer to ship and the ship time depends on our workload.
When will I receive my order?
The shipping method you select affects How long it will take for your order to arrive.
FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days to arrive once shipped. FedEx Overnight: 1 business day to arrive once shipped Do you ship outside the USA?

ENGRAVING QUESTIONS : Do you offer engraving or personalization?
We offer laser engraving on our glassware which produces an "etched" or "frosted" look. We do not have a minimum order for personalized etched glass - well, I guess we do, and it's only 1.
For color print on glass, contact us for more information. There is a minimum of 144 glasses for color print. We also offer engraving on our pewter tankards. What font styles do you offer?
